Punto Diam Ldt has been producing diamond tools for cutting marble, granite and any other building material since the 1980’s. Due to our customers‘ requests, we have developed a special department for industrial flooring of synthetic resin, the food industry and flooring in residential property. We have designed a reasonably priced technology for smaller surfaces which is yet user-friendly by using one grinding disc with or without “planetarium”.

With our tools you can prepare surfaces by cutting tiles, removing hard or soft glue residues and smoothing and polishing self- levelling floor screed. The system can also be used to prepare surfaces before inlaying a floor (parquet), to polish resin floors, to grind concrete or asphalt a.s.o.

We noted that most of the industrial grinding machines for large surfaces use diamond tools which are fastened to the machine with 3 screws: this system causes big problems when you have to change the segments (waste of time, problems with the screws: jammed, rusted, broken screws, dirt in the threads…). We have developed a technology which sidesteps all those problems:

OUR „INSTANT CHANGE“ DIAMOND SEGMENT „C“

Our instant tool change system consists of a magnet (only to keep the segments in the right position during the changing) and bayonet coupling that uses the centrifugal forces that are generated during the work to fasten the segment to the adaptor. This new technology (going along with heat-resistant welding seams) is available with adaptors for all types of machines currently on the market.

With the same determination, we provide diamond segments for portable grinding machines. Our instant tool change bayonet coupling system is also available for smaller floor grinding machines. Last but not least, we can also produce diamond segments for any other type of machine in this field, improving their functionality.
